Gender Neutral discrimination

Now, we are way ahead in that duality
Yes, that duality of material
That duality of two bodies
Duality of you(male) and I(female)
Trends are conspicuously cheating on us
Maybe I, she, and her aren’t the same equal
Why am I chiding the situation here?
Or What am I criticizing here?
Me, as a working woman, a spellbinding curse?
Or
Me at a corporation and she as a maid
Accept different respects for their little soulmates?
Often we observe myriad things in our lifestyle. Situations have a quality, a quality of not interrupting your expensive schedules, but it also has a quality of grabbing your attention if you are considerate enough. I was witnessing a usual situation but derived something incongruous from it. Maybe my words won’t make sense to you or for you, it can be labile with certain objections or certain additions. But, my point here is to raise a question, I think needs acknowledgment, which made me distraught enough to express that in words.
Maids are an indispensable part of our lives. How many of you have heard your moms saying: without a maid, it is difficult to keep everything immaculate? Every generation, maybe it was the prehistoric times, historic times maids were always involved in your lifestyles. Along With the maids, in some sort of way, their families were also connected with us. In many households, it happens that maids bring their children to their workplaces, if they don’t have someone who can take their
responsibility. And this is not something that has boundaries of status associated with it. Nowadays, many corporations are creating a perky environment for pregnant women and their children in their massive offices to let a woman perform her two vital roles simultaneously. These changes are commendable and should be acknowledged worldwide. But do we have this same situation with maids' children also?
Now this is the point I was emphasizing here. In some families, maids’ children are not treated well. They neglect them, sometimes they show an act of effrontery and they keep them outside their mansions if they are obsessed with themselves and their so-called “calmness”. So, now not with men but with a woman we have to compete? Is this gender-neutral discrimination due to my occupation, my status? I am still looking for an appropriate answer to this, but for now, I truly declare this behavior with maids’ children as abominable, but my point here is to let you focus on this secret discrimination, which does not form a part of our imagination because certain things now overpower us.
